The company
WINDTURBINE started as a small workshop supplying blades and generators to installers who kept complaining that imported turbines did not survive their local wind. We took the complaints apart, redesigned the places they failed — furling geometry, bearing seals, controller voltage tolerance — and built machines around the fixes.
Today we produce horizontal and vertical axis turbines from 500 W to 100 kW, with in-house blade layup, generator winding and a load-test bench that every unit passes before packing.
Capabilities
Keeping the critical processes under our own roof is how we control the failure modes that matter.
Glass-fibre epoxy blades laid up in matched moulds, weighed and balanced in sets before assembly.
Stator winding and magnet rotor assembly done on site, with hipot and insulation resistance tests on every unit.
A two-hour loaded run with logged voltage, current, temperature and vibration before any machine is packed.
Tower sections, nacelle castings and yaw assemblies from qualified local suppliers to our drawings.
How we work
If the wind resource does not support a turbine, we will tell you and suggest solar or a generator instead. A reference project that fails costs more than a lost order.
Power curves, load test reports and material certificates ship with the machine, not on request after a dispute.
Bearing kits, blades, controllers and fasteners are held in stock for ten years after a model is discontinued.
From sizing to commissioning you deal with the same person, not a rotating inbox.
Working with us
Most of our volume ships to partners who install and service our machines locally. We support them with training material, commissioning remote support, spare-part stocking plans and co-branded documentation.
Whether you need one turbine for a cabin or a container of them for a micro-grid, the conversation starts the same way: tell us about the site.
