Community wind turbine · 100 kW class
Twenty-four metres of rotor and a quarter of a gigawatt-hour a year. This is the size a village, an agro-processor or an island grid buys when the diesel bill has become the largest line item in the budget.
The GH-D100KW turns a 24 m rotor with 452 m² of swept area on a 30 or 35 m tower, with a 5.5 t nacelle and 11 t of tower steel. Cut-in 2.5 m/s, rated 11 m/s, survival 59.5 m/s, IEC II. At a 6 m/s mean it produces around 250 MWh a year — the annual consumption of 60 to 80 households, or a mid-sized cold store and processing line.
At this scale the project stops being a purchase and becomes an infrastructure programme: a foundation of 60–90 m³ of concrete, a 50–80 t crane, a grid connection study and usually a met mast with twelve months of data. We supply the turbine, the tower, the foundation design and the electrical package, and we will tell you plainly if the wind resource does not justify the machine.

Rated at 11 m/s with 2.5 m/s cut-in. Annual output around 250 MWh at a 6 m/s site, 320 MWh at 7 m/s.
Designed for 50-year gusts of 59.5 m/s, which covers most of Europe, southern Africa, South America and coastal Asia outside the typhoon belt.
Aerodynamic, mechanical and hydraulic braking, each sufficient alone. Fixed pitch keeps the blade root simple and the spare-parts list short.
Tubular tower in three sections, bolted flanges, hot-dip galvanised. Lifting plan, torque sequence and foundation drawing ship with the machine.
60–80 households, or a village that sells surplus to the distribution network under a feed-in tariff.
Runs a 60–80 kW mill, cold store or irrigation pump set through the day and exports the surplus.
A 100 kW turbine with 6 kW of reverse-osmosis load per hour displaces 60,000–80,000 litres of diesel a year.
